The Highway Patrol Chapter of the North Carolina Police Benevolent Association and the Police Benevolent Foundation are asking for financial assistance for the family of Master Trooper Stein Davis Jr.

In the early morning hours of February 22nd, Master Trooper Davis was working in Robeson County when he was involved in a single vehicle collision that took his life.

Colonel Freddy Johnson Jr. said, 'Master Trooper Davis was a member of the 141st Basic Patrol School and served our state and the Robeson County area with distinction."

Robeson County Sheriff Burnis Wilkins added, “Just weeks ago, we stood together during a traffic checkpoint operation. Trooper Davis had a great sense of humor but more importantly, he was a dedicated member of the Highway Patrol committed to keeping our roadways safe,”

100% of the monies received by the PBF will go to support his mother as she works through the tragic loss of her son.
