Please donate to help Deputy Duncan
The Central Chapter of the Virginia Police Benevolent Association and the Police Benevolent Foundation are asking you for your financial support for Deputy Tim Duncan.
Deputy Duncan’s wife, Lynne, was diagnosed in June 2024 with a rare and progressive neurological condition called multiple system atrophy (MSA). This disorder shares symptoms with Parkinson’s disease, including slow movement, slurred or soft speech, and poor balance, but it affects multiple systems of the body.
For over seven years, Lynne had been treated for various conditions before finally receiving a proper diagnosis at Johns Hopkins. Unfortunately, after her diagnosis, her symptoms progressed rapidly, and her health declined significantly. On November 7, 2024, Lynne passed away.
The family now faces substantial medical bills from Lynne’s care.
100% of the funds received by the PBF will go to Officer Duncan to help with this situation.
