Please donate to help Officer Alan Resendiz

The Southeast Chapter of the Tennessee Police Benevolent Association and the Police Benevolent Foundation are asking for financial support for Officer Alan Resendiz of the East Ridge Police Department.

On Monday, Officer Resendiz was struck at a high rate of speed while laying down spike strips to stop a suspect that was fleeing from authorities in a stolen vehicle. Resendiz survived the incident but is going to have a lengthy recovery.

Officer Resendiz is married, and he and his wife have 3 children. He has been employed by East Ridge for a little less than two years.

100% of the money received by the PBF will go to help Officer Resendiz and his family as they work through this difficult time in their lives.
