The Tennessee Police Benevolent Association and the Police Benevolent Foundation have set up a recovery fund to assist Deputy Chandler Rowe who was shot in the line of duty. Deputy Rowe works for the Williamson County Sheriff’s Office.

In the early morning hours on February 3rd, Deputy Rowe was attempting to stop a vehicle that had expired tags. The driver failed to pull over and a brief pursuit ensued. The suspect proceeded to fire three shots from an AR-15 at Deputy Rowe during the pursuit. Deputy Rowe was hit in the shoulder and was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center where he is listed in stable condition.

Deputy Rowe joined the WCSO almost seven years ago. Chandler has worked as a Detention Deputy, a Patrol Deputy, a Traffic Deputy, a S.W.A.T. Operator, and is currently assigned to the K-9 Unit.

Chandler has a wife of three years Abi, and their four month old son Rhys.

100% of the money received by the PBF will go to help Chandler Rowe.
